We batch test all of our products.  We make sure on our basic hair and packaging lines that the general quality is up to our high standards and that there are no issues we need to take note of.  Any changes to the product descriptions or images are made so that our website is always up to date and displays exactly the products you are buying.  For items with metal components that are going to have long and prolonged contact with the skin we comply with REACH testing guidelines from the EU and make sure they are tested for Nickel, lead and cadmium.  Any items with play value such as our dressing up lines we test these to EN71. These tests check for parts that may fall off and also the flammability of the item, this way we can be confident these are safe for children’s fancy dress.  Please take a look at our testing section for more information.

We have a cut off time of midday on our orders for same day despatch.  If you can order in the morning before this time we make sure your order is sent out that same day.  As we use DPD as our main UK carrier, mainland UK orders are then delivered the following day.  For more information on this please take a look at our delivery page.

We have 2300 different products at any given time, this varies on the time of year.  We try to bring new and exciting products to you whilst also keeping in stock of the basic and best selling lines.  Depending on the line we can have anywhere from 2400 on our more expensive fashion lines to 200000 on our santa hats.

As we try to cater to everyone and also keep the number of lines to a sensible number, we have to pack some lines in mixed colours.  Where we can we have single colour lines, however, if we did this for every product it would be a struggle for space here in our Leicestershire warehouse.  If you need a product in one colour only for your use, if you can take a quantity, we can either bring them in specially for you, or we might be able to add them into the range if we think it suitable. 

Absolutely.  We have some customers who brand the products they buy.  There are a number of different ways to do this.  We can either bring the products in carded to your specification or we can card small numbers of products in the UK for you if necessary. The business was started in Shepshed, Leicestershire,  in 1976 and we are still in the same small town now.  A lot has changed from a small cottage in the centre to now a large warehouse on the outskirts, however, we have been lucky enough to hold onto some of our original staff from the town and stick by the same principals we had then.  For a map and full address please click through to contact us.

Absolutely.  The only thing we say is please don’t copy any of our text as this will damage both the SEO on your site as well as ours.  We are happy to have our images used, but also know from our customers taking your own really does make a difference and differentiate you between other sellers.

We are a trade supplier and so we only supply companies and businesses with bulk quantities.  If you are happy to buy in trade volumes and can meet the £25 minimum order, then we are more than happy to supply you.

To place your order by email please send through the items you would like and quantities to the email above.

For some customers we do send products to their customers, however, we do not make a habit of this.  If you would like your order to a different delivery address though, please just enter this at checkout.

We pack our items depending on the product.  Most are packed in a pack quantity visible on the product description.  This means a certain number of individual items are packed in a pp bag which we cannot split.  We then gather all of the items you order and pack this with all recyclable packing. Our website will show any out of stock lines and we do not operate a back order system.  If in the rare event that you place an order and we do not have enough to fulfill the quantity that you wish to order, we will either refund the stock or contact you to see if you would like any replacement lines or if you would like to take the stock that we have available.
