About Us

We are a friendly, family run company which was established in 1976.  Having been in business for many years, we like to think that we know a thing or two about wholesale hair accessories, fashion accessories, dressing up and gift packaging.  We pride ourselves on being one of the UK’s leading trade suppliers to large and small businesses across the world.  We import most of our stock from China and enjoy sourcing the highest quality stock at the fairest prices for all of our different customer types.  Please get in touch if you would like to discuss our product ranges or can’t find what you are looking for.      

 

 

How To Order

Our full product range is available to order on our website.  Simply add the items that you wish to order to your basket and then create an account and check out.  You can also call us on 01509 501000 or email [email protected] to place an order, and we will be happy to create an account for you if you wish.  

Our minimum order is just £25 (excluding VAT).  To order a product, just type the number of units you wish to order in the Qty Per Units box and click Add.  Please note that all of our products must be ordered in multiples of the pack sizes.  The units per pack and the price per unit is listed for each product type.   

 

 

Discounts

Discounts are available for orders over £150 (excluding VAT) and start at 10% up to a maximum of 30% for orders over £2000. 

£150 = 10%

£300 = 15%

£600 = 20%

£1000 = 25%

£2000 = 30%

 

 

Delivery

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries.  Free UK delivery is available for all orders over £150.  We aim to send orders out for UK next day delivery if they are placed before midday (Monday - Thursday).  For orders under £150, a standard £7 charge is applied for DPD UK next day delivery.  For information about shipping outside of the UK, please click here.

Product Packaging

We try to use the most suitable packaging for each product type depending upon the product size and features.  Our packaging always includes…

  • Outer packaging
  • Display card or tag
  • Barcode

Outer Packaging

The outer packaging holds the individual units together to make up the pack size.  We use plastic bags for most of our outer packaging, but as part of our ongoing quest to reduce the amount of plastic packaging we use, we have introduced new biodegradable cornstarch packaging bags on some lines and even paper bands to secure some packs together.  We hope to be able to increase the number of lines packaged this way in the future to help reduce plastic waste.

Display Card / Tag

Each item comes with a Molly & Rose branded card or tag.  Where appropriate, the items are attached onto the display card, but if this is not possible then a small branded card will be tied onto the item.  Our display cards feature a standard euro-hook sized hole.  Our Inca UK brand is Molly & Rose, but if you require your own branding to be printed please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss this with you as this is something we have done for numerous customers over the years.

Our Barcodes

All of our products have an individual barcode. If you disregard the very last digit of the barcode, the 4 numbers prior to this correspond to the item number attributed to the product and listed on the website and invoices etc.  We use our standard Inca UK barcodes, but please get in touch if you require your own barcodes to be printed and we will be happy to discuss this with you.  In the example below, the last 4 numbers (excluding the very last digit) is 8377, which is the product code.

Product Images

If you require product images of the items you have purchased you are welcome to copy these images from our website.  The best way to do this is to find the product page of the image you require (the page with all of the product information on), and then simply right click on the image  and select 'save image as...' from the menu.  This will then allow you to save the images on to your device.  Please let us know if we can be of any futher assistance.
