We use DPD for all of our UK deliveries and most of our European ones too.
DPD Delivery
As standard, once your order has been despatched DPD will contact you via email or text message with a one hour time slot for your delivery. You will also be given options which enable you to re-arrange your delivery, re-direct it to a different address, or arrange for collection from one of your local pick up points.
The DPD App
You can also downloard the DPD app, which has additonal features. Your delivery will be the same as usual - you will still be contacted on the date of your delivery with a one hour delivery timeslot. If you will be out or unable to accept your parcel that is where the new app comes in handy. In the ‘What Happens Next’ section of the DPD app you can take total control of your delivery options by adjusting your 1st, 2nd and 3rd delivery attempts - this could be deliver to a safe place, or to a neighbour if needed, or a pick up shop, ensuring that you never miss out on receiving your parcels. You can also learn some fun facts about your driver, leave feedback about your delivery experience, and track the live location of your driver with the Follow My Parcel map.
